Post-war Transformation of Public Space in Visual Culture and Media

An internal workshop with stakeholders on the post-war transformation
of public space in visual culture and media took place in Prague on
Friday 25th September 2020. The Prague team presented the Victor-E
project, its theoretical and methodological background and several
case studies in progress to a group of urban historians, architects
and curators. A stimulating discussion contributed to the reflection
on forms of public space and the public sphere in liberal democracy vs
socialism and established possible future cooperation between Victor-E
and other researchers and institutions.
